Hey realm warriors, its StreetFighterFan79 here with awesome piece. Its NECA Chun Li in her alternate costume. This custome was all NECA Chun Li except the upper arms. Those were from an Anne O'Brien figure sanded down & modded. What i did 1st was pulled the figure completely apart. Removed her buns & sculpted her hair. The ribbons are elastic bands. The torso was completely repainted in 2 different tones of blue. Now the real tricky part was the crotch area. I had 2 sand down the mid area between the legs sculpt the crotch into a "V" shaped crotch like a G.I. Joe action figure. In the back i added sculpt to her buttocks. I also sanded down the boots & resculpt the shoes. The laces were made of very small rubber pieces found in elastic bands. The spiked braclets were removed & replaced w/ again elastic band w/ sculpt. This piece was very tough but I was willing 2 get it dine just to show u all it was actually possible 2 create this custom. I had loads of fun making it. Hope u guys like it.
