Good day guys! Was seeing a lot of Hank McCoys in the "realm" lately. Am glad ours finished just in time for the parade :D. This is Beast in his Secret Avengers suit. It's the one with the "A's" on the torso and bracelets. He's also more on the feral side lately instead of being "ape-ish". He was made from a Stealth Beast with sculpted piping, logo, bracelets, hair and more fur on some areas. Articulation prevented having fur on the shoulders though. He's wrapped up in the usual matte-metallic-glossy-combo paint job. Hope you like him guys! God bless.

I just got it and it is perhaps the best figure in my collection - with your custom Black Cat and and your custom Black Widow -, one of the best customs I've ever seen. Thank you very much, Dave & crew.

Hi Loosecollector, I am a BIG fan of your work and think it's on the level of fine art, it is why I joined this site and is a big inspiration. This piece is amazing and the paint job is unbelieveable. I wondered, how do you avoid paint rub on your joints and do you finish your work with a clearcoat after or think it's better to leave that paint as the surface? Also, when you sculpted your Venom with your original design head (not the Brock version) what did you make the head out of? Thank you for sharing your work! It is breath-taking! SO INSPIRING!!! Hope to post my own soon~Davey Blaze

Thank you for the kind words brother . Answers to your queries follows:

Paintrub - only sure way is to sand the surfaces down so as they don't touch each other. Not possible in some cases, but it's the only sure-fire way to zero paintrub.

Clearcoat - Krylon matte finish. Very nice even coat.

Venom - not sure bro, but any piece of plastic will do. If you don't have a spare random head, just make a plastic egg and sculpt on top of it.

Hope these help. God bless.

WOW! INCREDIBLE!
I really like how the 'A' came out. Maintaining articulation and the aesthetics at the same time. Very Nice overall!
