Originally known as the Looter, Norton Fester gained his power from an unusual meteor he found. A gas pocket within the meteor gave him enhanced abilities that he promptly used to become a villain. His powers are limited, however, as the gas does wear off, so he has to keep the meteor on hand. A frequent villain of Spiderman, and occasionally Nighthawk. The white was rough, per usual, but having purple helped smooth out the edges, much like on Smuggler. I started with a Daredevil head, with sculpt over the mouth, but I liked the sinister look that the Bullseye head gave, so I went with that.
