This is a repaint that has been done many times before. I'm not the first, nor will I be the last to repaint the Warlock figure from the late 90s. I removed the Doug head and added a neck made of a Doc Ock tentacle and the tube from Pyro. The right arm is from a DCUC Antimonitor. I added some thin wires to make his hair look a little wilder.
It's not my cleanest paint job, but I'm happy with how he turned out.
