okay so instead of electro i decided to do the shocker!( i dont think i could make a very good electro) i took john blake from the dark knight rises and repainted his coat, then i took off his hands,i took a wall-e head and cut em in half and glued them on for his gauntlets, and then sculpted glasses on and painted them, so yeah enjoy!

Interesting...not sure I really get the "Shocker" vibe from this. It really just looks like a guy with laser canons on his hands. Maybe, implement more of his colour scheme (brown/dark brown and some tans or yellows). And, change the head to something with a full face mask. You have to remember that Shocker needs to protect his face and body from the vibrations his gauntlets generate.
