Cyclonus was cold, evil, and sorely missed from the Alternators line. With a spare Grimlock body, Alt Sideswipe's melon, and a bit of purple paint, Cyclonus was honestly the only thing that came to mind. Running out of grape pearl, I thought the two tone scheme with Grimlock's original silver would work o.k.

After complete disassembly, lower body panels were airbrushed purple as well as the biceps. Seats and pelvis were done in gloss black, and the headlight lenses in silver. I modified SS's noggin by shaving off the mohawk piece, and lowering and rounding off the ears to facilitate better transformation, and then hand-painted it as close to a G1 tribute as possible. Decepticon logos and license plate are from Reprolabels and Decepticon Air Force badge came from MP Starscream.
