This character had a strange cameo in one panel in Marvel's G.I.Joe #1 (as merely a name on a screen), and wouldn't be fully revealed until the GI Joe comic from Devil's Due Publishing. When she was revealed she was the team's first female sniper, and I thought that was really cool, so I had to my make own modernized version of her. GI Joe is a great line to customize except when it comes to females, as there aren't a lot of choices when it comes to parts. You really have to do a lot of mix and matching in order to come up with a good recipe that looks unique and works. Shooter is composed of the head of 25th Anniversary pilot Scarlett, the torso of ROC Scarlet, the upper thighs of a ROC cover Girl, and the lower legs of Renegades Scarlett. Her accessories come from various other GI Joe figures.
