Bean the Dynamite was only in one game, Sonic the Fighters, but he has featured fairly prominently in the comic book series. My figure is made mostly with Tails' body, the sock cuffs removed from his shoes and his bangs re-purposed as tail feathers. The head is Jet's with altered head feathers and the beak modded into a duck bill. Bean's charming ascot is made from polymer clay.

Actually, he's been in several games. He started out in his own franchise, Dynamite Dux in 1989 (Arcade, Sega Master System, etc.), and, in addition to Sonic the Fighters, which you already mentioned, he's in Fighters Megamix (a mashup of Virtua Fighter and Fighting Vipers, with some other random bonus characters from Sonic the Fighters, Virtua Cop, Daytona USA, etc. thrown in for good measure) on the Sega Saturn.

Anyway, cool custom of the character!
