Here is a BAF size figure that I thought would be a good addition to the Flash rogues gallery. I saw a pic of him and thought he would make a great figure and work really well with the existing BAF part out there. So I used BAF Despero base, BAF Green Lantern Stel Arms, and ML Maestro head and lots of random hair parts from other figures. He is like a walking Junkyard, so i used a lot of random pieces from the fodder bin then gave him a nice mix of copper and brown get the rusty look down
