Here is another addition to the Brotherhood of evil. A few weeks ago I made Phobia, so i decided to try at Madame Rogue. She is mostly Katma Tui with a ponytail and metallic blue paint job. She has the ability to stretch herself out, so to make the extendable arm I used a Doc Ock tentacle. All those lines were done with a thin tip sharpie. Fun!
