I made this sculpt months ago, it may not be 100% screen accurate but I am so pleased with how this turned out. I only wanted to sculpt a few tentacles and the Kraken's maw with the rest of the beast "underwater" so that I could use it in the background of my Pirates of the Caribbean figure display, so it is essentially a glorified prop rather than a figure I guess. I couldn't make it too scale for obvious reasons, but it still looks great rising up next too my 6inch Pirates figures (maybe its a baby Kraken?) and I could put it with my smaller figures if I choose too. I include picture of my Pirates collection, the Kraken is rising up on the right behind Will & Elizabeth. (also included in the picture is my Syrena the mermaid custom which can also be found in my customs on here)

Sculpted using supersculpey over a metal aftershave lid with wire armature in the tentacles. Painted in mixed acrylics. Its approx 9 inches tall from base to tip of the tallest tentacle, and about 3-4 inches wide
