Hardly a clue on recipe on this. The body is an old cobra body but I'm not sure what figure, it shares a torso with a cobra trooper but I'm not sure where ht armguard or the lower legs with spats come from. Head is Steve Rogers, goggles are from a Desert Viper and painted. I believe the hands are actually from a Marvel Universe Moon Knight. Lab coat is stolen from bondage Rex. Random belt with a pistol holster for his only weapon is under the coat.
Basically this was the quintessential scratch custom. I had a bunch of random stuff in a fodder pile and asked myself, "Can I make something out of nothing?" and did my best. Since I had already made a Python Patrol guy and like their uniforms gave it another shot. Got the idea because I had a Rex I bought for fodder and wasn't sure what to do with his lab coat.
