This is a custom DC Universe Trigon figure. I used 12 Black suit Spiderman for base and shrink it down to 9" and re-sculpted over the body. I used the DC Universe Trigon's head and re-sculpted over, gave him long hair, fangs, 2 horns, and 2 extra eyes. I also gave him a removable shoulder pads, cape, staff and also made him a throne.

The design was loosely based on the New 52 design.
