This is one of those customs that everybody did all around the same time and I was left in the dust well I'm all caught up now! I recently purchased a John Blake and TDKR Batman for quite cheap and thought I'd use my old movie Batman for a movie Nightwing. I only had one Det. Blake figure and didn't want to mess up his face so I thought I'd rework Batman's a little. I've seen people just take off the ears but I like the eye mask more so I cut off the ears and painted him a flesh tone color. Then I sculpted his hair and painted that. I decided to work parts of Batman's mask into Nightwing's when I painted it so it'd look cleaner. Then I Gave the rest of the figure a base coat of black and got out my testors paints and used Jinzin's Nightwing as a reference. The sticks are toothpicks with green stuff sculpted over and painted.
