For this original Hydra soldier I used a Protector base with modified head, Constrictor left arm, and lots of cobbling for straps and such. He is the tech/comms specialist for an original team of Hydra soldiers (coming soon). The shield and back pack both connect to the back via magnets and the shield connects to his hand via magnets as well.
