From the mid 90's beat'em up games , I bring you Dean from final fight 3, He is kinda of a mixture between Guile and Cody. A quick run down of the recipe. I used Sota rev ryu for the head plus a heavy sculpt job. Next I used guile from the neck down. for the arms I used ryu and for the boots I used Balrog
Great execution on this Dean figure. Some electrical "Force Lightning" tendrils for his fists would have been a cool accessory to simulate his special move. Final Fight 1 and 2 seem to get all the customizing love; if fact, I think this is the first Final Fight 3 custom I can remember ever seing.
Interestingly, according to Wikipedia, Final Fight 3 was actually released in North America in January of 1996, but the original Japanese version came out on December 22, 1995, so Dean is a legal entry by a mere nine days; that's cutting it pretty close!
