Badass stick fighter, thats how I describe him. Originally comes from Fatal Fury series, Billy was made from WWE elite deluxe ( try to guess whose faceplate that I used)...gave him scupted bandana and a little hair, a detachable jacket, and a stick (unfortunately that I didnt make the enhanced one! >_< ) I think S.M from WWE elite represents Billy characters a lot Hope you guys like him God Bless  Please wait... |
