Russ Broxtel was a janitor, a member of the custodial staff at Stark International who was barely noticed by the professionals around him. Broxtel took advantage of that fact and accessed the computers of his employer to obtain the Firebrand costume. The Firebrand costume was created by Gary Gilbert a former Stark employee.

The figure started out as a Captain Marvel and the head was scrapped down and a new head was fully sculpted. All costume detail was sculpted and a paint job later you have Firebrand!

Did you carve the lines into the legs and arms or sculpt over them and put lines in it? It's really precise.

it was built up a little with sculpt and carved in to both sculpt and some actual plastic
