Mr. Negative is just one of those characters to me that just has an amazing visual, and that (along with his cool storyline) was what inspired me to create a custom of the character. He uses the GI Joe Rise of Cobra SDCC 2009 Destro body with the vest cut out, to give that open jacket look. His head is from a GI Joe Rise of Cobra Storm Shadow, and his sword is from Storm shadow with an electric blast attachment added on.  Please wait... |
