The base is DCUC Flash, sculpting in relief details of the new costume. The boots are from the Ultraman, and sculpting over the details. Painting with matte vinylic paints and enamel golden over yellow.

Nice use of the DCUC body...to me there's something not quite right w/ the "New 52" fig. You made it even better. Very good job!
