This is an XMC Magneto base with an ultimate fighter upper arms and TMNT shredder lower arms. The head is from a movie Steel figure. Cape is from ML Wraal. spikes on feet and cape are from a classic shredder little figure. Thanks for looking.

This is done very well! If you're looking for a more realistic paint job for the metal, try dry brushing the armor with silver over a base coat of gunmetal. If done properly, it gives weapons and armor a beaten metal look. I think it could really make your Shredder shine.
