Ah, the tragedy that is Harvey Dent. I present a figure of one of my all time favortie fictional characters, and probably one of his best interpretations in Batman the Animated Series. He was pretty simple to do, just a bit of adding details to the face and a paint job. I really wanted to make the blue look grey and more like singed flesh. Let me know what ya'll think!

Extremely clean paints (especially the whites!), and I like how you went with a greyer shade of blue while still keeping the look from the animated series. How'd you get the paints to look so perfect?

Oh man, white paint is tricky! I actually hesitated in making this figure because of it. I tend to water down the white paint before use and I use those testors plastic bristle brushes since it doesn't leave any kind of texture behind. I use large quantities at a time and just spread it out, the faster the better. Let that dry and then apply a second coat. Hope that helps.
