Awesome! What really amazes me is that it really looks like the buck was made for Shaman and reused for Punisher, it's that perfect.

The only thing I'd change, is that the pattern around his shoulders is supposed to represent the Maple Leaf pattern of Canada's flag, and not just a 'starburst' pattern. If you look closely at the pattern in the reference art, the yellow pattern around his neck is an upside-down maple-leaf. Other than that, GREAT custom. REALLY great choice of base! Every other choice you made is absolutely spot-on and perfect.

Sorry if the above comes off as negative, I just wasn't sure if you realized the maple-leaf motif was on purpose.
