I love The Under Red Hood animated movie and Black Mask was a great choice as villain in it... now I never like the DC Direct or the DCU version of Black Mask, he either looked like a construction foreman or a well dressed skull faced business man... everyone is seeming to forget that Black Mask is a gangster not a evil business man .. so when I saw the Scarface figure I knew it was gangsta enough, I simply popped the Scarface head off and shaved down the neck a little and then put on the DC Direct Black Mask head(which is a great head sculpt, it was a perfect fit ...I also pop the legs off(right where the top of the leg meets the ball joint) and shaved the top of the legs down about a quarter of an inch and then reconnect the legs so he would be the right height with my other DC figures ..done ...
