Don't cut off the thumb. All you have to do is heat up the hand with a blow dryer on the hottest setting for about a minute. When the plastic is all "rubbery", move the thumb up and squeeze the fingers in and then run cold water over it while you hold it in place. At least, that is how I got my Fonzie to us a thumbs up !!! Great job on the custom!!! I like it very much. You should have entered it in the "Trophy Room" contest.

I grew up on a weekly dose of Arthur Fonzarelli, Richie C., Mr. & Mrs. C. , Joanie Cunningham (we shan't discuss my adolescent thoughts concerning her...or Pinky for that matter ), Potsie , Ralph Malph...and of course Al and Arnold. When I saw the front page thumbnail for this fig, my mind did something akin to the beginning of 'Quantum Leap', and I suddenly remembered why I hated Scott Baio so much. BTW, "Mr. Teen Beat"... my wife is waaaaay hotter than Erin Moran ever THOUGHT about being. What do you think about THAT, Jack?!

Awesome work, The JP head looks a lot like Winkler . My only suggestion would be to cut off and reposition the thumb on the left hand to give a thumbs up.
