My first commission was a character I've never heard of! Regardless I wanted to make him as bad-ass as possible. So behold, the one time Spider-Man villain who didn't last more than a few issues - he's (pre Leifeld) 90's to the X-treeeeme, Bloodshed!

Head - 2 Pack Captain Britain, with mask/helmet sculpted and tail/bandanna thing is random fodder
Body - Hercules with sculpted chest emblem
Arms & Legs - Hercules forearms and shins shaved down then sculpted on his armor
Feet - Hercules sandals sculpted over
Belt - Modified Thor clone with sculpt
Shoulder Pads - Mr. Sinister with sculpting

Everything else is sculpted including the 48 individual spikes. After 3 days of trial and error (mostly error) I finally figured out a way to uniformly sculpt those little suckers.

Finished him off with a complete paint job. In the light his black costume has a subtle blue highlights. Comments are welcome!
