Base Figure:MU Colossus
Height:3.75 inches
To prep the figure I sanded down and filled in all the lines on MU Colossus. After sanding the body down smooth, I sculpted his armor from two part epoxy. I used Teflon tape on the head and sculpted the helmet over top to make it removable, ( A technique I picked up from an online tutorial.). One paint job later and we have MU Ares God of War. Enjoy, and thanks for looking!

Unfortunately I can't find it now, but basically you just wrap the head in plumbers Teflon tape, and then sculpt over it with two part epoxy. Once the epoxy helmet dries you can just slip it off and remove the tape. This works for other removable costume pieces as well like gloves or boots, etc.

Dude you're sooooo good sculpting, I like a lot the head, the helmet and the armor. You made an awesome and wonderful work! He looks perfect!
