One of the most powerful villains in the Marvel Universe, I've bounced around various ways of making Dormammu for a while. Once I found the Showdown Human Torch, though, it was a simple process from there. I went with the simpler, animated look, rather than his more intricate look from his more recent appearances or Marvel vs Capcom. Cut the collar off of a Starlord and trimmed it to fit the Nighthawk body. Swapped out the hands for Bullseye and proceeded to give him a proper repaint. I left the head untouched, at first, but I'm glad I went back and repainted it to match, and added the black lines. I think it really helped the final look.
