This was a commission for a friend. Started with a DCUC Flash and trimmed off his boot wings and re-sculpted the area. Also sculpted his shoulder straps and gauntlets. The head is a ML Captain Marvel with a little sculpting. The chain is just a bit of chain with a sculpted medallion and the staff is from a DCUC Pharaoh with a slight modification.
