As this was my first ever custom, I felt this would be a good start as very little needed to be done to the body. Aside from filling in the skin pockets from the Eddie figure, this was strictly a head sculpt. I cut away parts of the mouth to give this figure that menacing smile. From there it was building a nose, filling the eye pockets with eyeballs and building the dreadlock like hair. Overall I am very pleased with this custom, it sits proudly in my Joker collection and motivates me to try some more in depth customs in the future. The largest improvement I would like moving forward will be my painting job as I feel this is where I lost some points. Still. Very pleased. I hope you enjoy it. ![]() |

Thanks for the Kudos dude. The comments from everyone have been overwhelmingly positive and welcoming. I love it.
I don't mind at all if you're looking to undertake this custom as well. I look forward to seeing it. For the head sculpt, I'd recommend cutting off the floating neck brace to work on the hair until you get the hair finished and hardened. I didn't, so the back of his head has a few 'flattened' dreads. No big deal, but just thought I'd pass that on.
Also, the picture doesn't show it that well, but I painted his toes green. I've seen it done like that in certain comics and it was always a little detail I thought was neat. Something to consider.
Again, thanks for the comment. Good luck on your custom.
