Made this one for a customer. I was not familiar with her but looked like an interesting custom to try.
Used X-23 and shortened the legs and the thighs and calves. Used Green Stuff for the hair, tie, and jacket. Used toothpaste foil for the skirt. Some odd Human Torch flames for the right arm.
