I had an Etrigan upper body lying around and thought it'd make a good base for a classic Drax when he was reanimated into his brutish form but before he started getting drawn like the Hulk. It's a pretty straight forward custom. I didn't know what to do about the skull ornaments on his belt and cape clasp until I saw that DCUC Ares has skull decorations on his arms. So I made a shallow push mold of a couple of them and then pushed some Apoxie into the mold to get a copy of the sculpt.
