So I was commissioned to make this one. I've been staying away from Deadpool but made it for the customer who stopped responding and never paid.
So I figured I'd show it off before I get rid of it.
Hes an X-Force Deadpool from the Legends series. Completely repainted using Citadel, Tamiya, and other high quality paints.
Theres 3 different reds in there, including a black wash to make the detail of the sculpt pop more.
I sculpted the straps on the chest and used a buckle from the Steve Rogers figure, as well as using his belt. I added a holster for a pistol on the belt, and gave him a small gun for a sidearm. The straps, belt, and leg sheathe were all painted using brown colored paints to simulate leather.
Minor details like buttons and rivets are painted on the figure.
I used a knife and sheathe from some other Legends figure and attached it to the leg. The boots were completely sculpted up to the mid calf level. The knife was placed on the left leg and the straps over the boot were sculpted.
I sculpted the belt buckle and painted it with the Deadpool logo.
Next he needed swords, and those came from a TMNT Leonardo. The scabbards were added to back and attached to the chest strap. They were repainted metallic silver, gold and black, as was the boot knife to match.
All of the other weapons are black, gunmetal and red highlights to match his costume.
So he has 2 matching H&K MP-5 sub machine guns, 1 assault rifle, 1 semi automatic pistol, 2 katana swords, and 1 military knife.
His belt is removable if you wanted to take it off for some reason.
