This figure was made from a ML Bullseye for the base body with a Spider-man head and other figure odds & ends. This custom is based on a Marvel Comics anti-hero Scourge from the pages of the Thunderbolts. Part of a secret plot by the goverment Scourge was both guinny pig and assassin charged with killing the Thunderbolts with weapons the Goverment stockpiled from villians that were captured over the years. I think the idea and character design for Scourge are great, but of course the odds of ever getting an actual Scourge figure are like a billion to one.
