I've always loved the concept of the Super Friends multi-cultural characters (Apache Chief, Black Vulcan, El Dorado and Samurai) teaming together. The past few years a couple of the DC cartoons have done just that. I have never seen any of them, but I'd like to one day. That being said, I wanted to make up my own version of these characters a few years ago. Instead, I came up with the idea to make them villains and have some fun with it. This is my version of Samurai (wind and tornado powers) and Black Vulcan (electrical powers)
