This is a demon lord that I build from several differently scaled parts. The head is a custom sculpt cast, sculpted by Jason Hendricks. The upper torso and arms are from a Thor movie Frost Giant. The lower half of the body, the snake tail and the wings are Warhammer 40K parts that I meshed with regular action figure parts. He retains articulation on the top half, but the lower half is statue-esque. He was painted with several layers of glazes in various shades of red and the armor was done with metallic golds and bronzes.
