This is pretty similar to my last Phoenix at first glance, but they're actually quite different. I wanted this version to serve as a "variant" of the HML Jean since it looks like we won't get the actual White Phoenix variant. So this time around I still used Hope's torso for a base, but I swapped her lower arms and lower legs for Jean's. I added Jean's hair to a Satana/Emma head then sculpted some additional bangs to compensate for the lack Jean's headpiece. Sculpted her sash, this time with the little Phoenix emblem clasp instead of just a knot. Painted her and voila!

Jean's feet, due to their perfect shape and rocker ankles, actually allow her to be displayed properly on the MS Phoenix base!
