This is my last Michael Jackson custom, which ive been meaning to do a few years now, finally got round to it, took me a while to figure out a way to pull it off and i am quite happy with the results. Here goes:

First making another resin cast of my Hottoys Mj BEAT IT" head then tweaking the face a little and changing the hair style then painting the whole with acrylics and sanding down the sideshow neck to fit the head and using putty to smooth the surface of the neck.

First i hand stitched the black pants using a stretchy material, then hand stitched a white t-shirt, then another black t-shirt on top of that, i didnt put no buckles on that as i wont be taking the jacket off. Then i made the jacket, next using as many reference pics as possible i cut out several pieces of leather and put them on and around the figure, at first i used an Aluminium can for the buckles but it did not stand out as good as i wanted it so i had to take them all off and used silver shiny card instead and made the buckles out of that which i carefully cut out.

Sculpted the boots with putty and added the silver card as buckles. Using putty i added a thin layer around the hands to give the effect of the Jackson wrist bands, added strips of leather to them and silver card. The Big belts were made of leather also and the red stripe on the pants i had to carefully paint using acrylics. Making the studs on the belts i decided to use the heads off of nails and cut them with pliers then fitted them to the leather, using bendy metal off keychains and what ever chains i could find made the loops and bits of chain that hung from the belt accordingly.

The zips on the arms and pockets, i found a very fine chain which i cut up and placed on which was tricky cos super glue wouldnt hold on its own properly so i had to secure it with cotton. The logo on the main belt i decided to find the design on google then printed the design out small enough to fit the belt, ..the pieces going up the jacket are separate and are made of leather and using silver paint i painted the three loop holes on to each of them. (phew).
