I love The Haunted Mansion ride in Disney World, but the character that always stuck out for me was the mysterious bride in the Attic. I love all the different versions that have appeared of her over time, and the stories that surround her. I have already made a 6" version of the newest Bride Constance and a whole attic scene, but when I saw the Indiana Jones Willie Scott figure I was inspired to make a version of the Bride I first saw when I was 10, known as Emily Gracey. Her sleeves, cuffs, blouse and part of her sash where all sculpted using kneadatite green stuff. This was my first time using it and I will definitely use it again. The candle was from a broken Buffy set which I added green stuff to so Emily can hold it. I didn't have the patience to make a bouquet and couldn't find one small enough to use, perhaps I will give her one some day. Her eyes and candle flame glow in the dark, but it is really hard to get a picture of this. I have included one, it's the black one with the 3 glowing dots. I took pictures of her under different lighting, including black light. I hope you guys like her. ![]() |
