For my contest entry as soon as I seen silver age I thought of captain marvel . I checked around and I really didn't see any silver age Captain Marvel so I decided to make one using the new mode. For the recipe I used rotml Hawkeye for the body Bucky Cap's head little sculpting work and shading, and I present silver age captain marvel. All comments and critics are welcome.
Congrats on Silver in Silver Age contest! This Captain Marvel is so well done, I really like how you painted it and made the symbol very clean, a great custom.
Excellent paintwork and overall design--he's pretty much perfect. While it's arguably not his most popular/iconic look, I dig the original Kree outfit for Mar-Vell.
Is that green laser fire effect just photoshopped in, or did you use a clear lighsaber or something for it?
Thanks patraw for saying that. As far as the laser. It's a gi blaster. That pops into the rockets and you preset he switch to fire. I drilled a small hole and placed a pin in it. Did the same thing to the gun. So it plugs into it.
