Sometimes I wish that we could give 1/2 stars in addition to whole numbers (I.e., 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5). Case in point: I like your Red Guardian slightly more than the other entry, but not so much that I'd bump it up an entire star, so, I ended up giving you both the same score. In particular, I think the white star looks better than a red one, due to the high contrast, and your paintwork on the suit (or possibly just the shadows created by the lighting in your photos) gives the costume more depth.
