Finally decided to start posting on Figure Realm after mostly just displaying customs on the Toyark forums. I'll gradually be putting up stuff I've completed in the past, but for my leadoff, here's my take on All New X-Men (or Original 5, as I like to refer to them) Cyclops! After being excited over the announcement for the TRU All New X-Men set, I was quickly disappointed in the choices they made for the figures' base bodies and the overall generic look of the set. I decided to create my own using bodies I felt more closely resembled the teenager frames of the team and also aligned their height scale more appropriately. I also decided to not sculpt any of the costume details since 1) Hasbro didn't bother and 2) it would hinder the articulation of the figures a bit.
Cyclops here is based on the new Infinite Legends Superior Spidey body, but is also a mash of parts from older Hasbro ML figures. Although I have flared gloves for them, for now I've just plasti-dipped both Angel and Cyclops gloves on.
