This was a fun one that fellow realmer 211 asked me to do. I used to be a big street fighter fan, and I don't remember this guy at all, and he's a Figurerealm first as far as I can tell. Anyway, I used DCUC Blue Devil for the base with DCUC Ultraman lower legs, and DCUC Hawk lower arms. I used green stuff to sculpt all the costume details: the turtle neck, the wide collar was modified from the original figure, and all the black lines are sculpted. I also sculpted that crazy 'do. The paint job was a beast, it took me a couple of nights to finish that up, but I like how he turned out. 211, I hope you like him!

Update: The hair was too big and the face too "tough" so I redid it using a Longshot head with a smooth sculpt on the hair, relying on the paint to give it depth, much happier with him now.
