After getting nowhere with trying to find the Armada Deluxe Starscream figure, I bought the Constructbots Silverbolt figure, I took the figure and started toying around with the color schemes. After repainting the main body, I started looking for other pieces that fit the Armada Starscream colors. I am happy with it. I have all ready made a Demolisher (but waiting to get the hound head to go with the rest of the body) and a Cyclonus figure. They will be added soon. I took pieces of Starscream's wings to add as the spikes on my Armada Megatron custom. It also has a tank cover hatch. In all, I feel that the custom turned out exceptionally well. As far as the cannons go, I super-glued the two pieces together to form the fusion thruster cannons and repainted the black pieces with a black marker. Also repainted his head to fit the correct look and repainted the eyes orange.
As far as the plane mode goes, I tried to make it as close to the Armada style as I can. In the end, I am happy with him...and do plan on using him in my stop motion project. My last Constructbots project custom is going to be one of Thrust.
