Red She Hulk head and Citadels skull white primer/ Testors Model masters paints. Lightning bolt is from Toybiz base and DCU Superman blue radiant energy accessory. I've got the same recipe for the Storm I want to make. Not a fan of the head choice though. And it sits way too low on the neck making her look really unnatural. Love the detailing on the chest. You nailed that. Also did a nice job of getting rid of Black Cat's fur details.
