There was a period where I actually somewhat liked Superman IV: Quest For Peace. Not because it had a good story or anything, but because of Nuclear Man. Always thought he had a little potential if anyone tried him out. But, these days, I think the New 52 Ultraman is the closest we'll get to a comic incarnation of him. They did release a comic to go alongside the movie, however, so I used that as a reference when fixing him up. For the most part, moderately simple. Got the idea when I noticed I had this cast head. A full repaint, with the emblem on his chest giving me agonizing issues, and then I attached the cape and that was it. After thinking it would be a cool project for a while, I'm glad I finally got a chance to fix him up.
