shes made from a madame hydra, sharon carter head, psylocke lower legs and storm shoes, sculpted mask, added belt pieces, wrist cannon from dcuc cheetah, rifle, pistol cast from casting cave, then total repaint.

thanks. thats scourge, who turned out to be nuke. he was on osborns thunderbolts team with the others in that pic.
