I always wanted to make Deckard and I finally came up with a recipe I was happy with. I used Greedo for the base, cast Han Solo head (not a great cast), sculpted hair, modified collar to fit the tie, added hands from Gotham thug and coat from Fantomex.

Brilliant recipe, brotha! Awesome Deckard!
Even if the head cast wasn't the best (which I think it looks pretty awesome), I still think that the best part is that he has Harrison Ford's likeness.

Very nice use of a Greedo. yeah I've got the same head cast… kinda derpy. Those hydroshrinks don't always translate.
