You can probably tell by now that I get a real kick out of these Superman figures. This is the Supermn from Fleischer Studios' animated spectacle from 1941. The eyes have been recessed to take on more shadow and the cape shortened, the belt painted, and the emblem custom drawn and cut and "heat synched".
