Mcfarlane's quality of figures is usually superb-especially when it comes to sexy female warriors - for long time I tried to match Belit with some historical famous warrior-woman and decided her appearance is very close to what chronicles described as a look of Zenobia -rebel queen of Palmyra,that fought against the Romans.Tried to make her skin more 3 dimensional with highlights,shades and trying to achieve the tanned look - s she mostly lived in Egypt.Oils on acrylic base.Any comments are greatly appreciated!:)
